The CX Matrix
That's what i call what holds policy debate together. It consists of things like a plan and arguments such as topicality.
The reason why i call it this is because it seems to me like a predefined way to debate government plans. Just like the Matrix!
I dunno if it makes sense or what not, but it's a good way to me to define what cx is.
